Gasthaus-Hotel Fuchs in Mauth

Another experience after I couldn't be there for a long time .... the ambience of the tiled stove parlor, the friendly service and the delicious, down-to-earth cuisine ... very good ... as before ... thanks and keep it up!

Super delicious food with friendly service. Even when the room is full, the boss still has time for a short chat at every table. We never had ready-made sauces as a side dish (as others wrote). In Mauth the world is still as it should be. Everything perfect, we'd love to come back

The service was very rude and rude. The owner also seems very arrogant and arrogant, so the behavior of the service no longer surprised us. Price-performance ratio was very bad, as the food was far too little for the price and the quality was also very bad. We waited over an hour for our food, even though the inn was not well attended. The beer garden is very nice from the outside, but definitely not recommended with this service and food. We were very disappointed and will not visit this location again.

The quality of the food has unfortunately deteriorated. Only finished products from wholesalers as supplements. Serving a light ready-made sauce with the roast is an absolute no go. It's a shame.

We went to the Gasthaus Fuchs several times to eat. Very tasty local cuisine creatively and nicely presented with friendly service. One star deduction due to the waiting times. Regardless of the rush, we always spent at least 1.5 hours (up to two hours) at a court (from the order to the invoice). If you know this beforehand, it fits very well.

Wasn't in the hotel but eating in the inn, or rather in the beautiful beer garden. The steak was perfect and a treat, really rarely eaten so well and tender. The Kaiserschmarrn was also a dream, the service and ambience were also perfect! Absolutely, gladly again!

The rooms very clean. Breakfast very tasty and plentiful. Staff very friendly. The changing evening menu was all very good.

On our hike through the Bavarian Forest over the Goldsteig we stopped in this house and we were thrilled! The house looked modern and all details, no matter how small, were coordinated. We felt very comfortable and welcome. The equipment was very good and the food was very good. The dining room, in which the meals were taken, was also very cozy. The staff was always friendly and we were also very pleased that the house was well visited. So good performances are distinguished - at least in this case! I can absolutely recommend the house both as a hotel and a restaurant!

A tip from insiders. This guest is not noticed as a guest at first. Very good food, you can be a guest and would be treated. Wasn't the last time there.

Price-performance ratio as well as service in appearance and courtesy deserve a very good. I can only recommend.

New, very stylish restaurant, one of best places around, but the food is not more than average and one waiter for whole restaurant - it was almost impossible to cover all guests, we had been waiting for the lunch more than 75 mins and this is not possible for this type of hotel/restaurant.

Roast venison excellent. The cake could do something too. Very nice outdoor area and the same service.

Very nice and cozy place. Great food and services. Gasthaus includes wellness. Near to beautiful park-reservation, you can choose between longer or shorter trips around. Definitely best hotel/penzion around.

Cozy inn. The menu is clear but the food is very good. Service very friendly. Very good price-performance ratio. We recommend.
